Guide for the online auction
You will need to register on our website to make bids. You will have access to your account tab where you can add items on your watchlist and keep track of the items you bid on.
If you are the winning bidder at the end of the auction, you will be notified (make sure to check your spam folder). If the item can be shipped straight away, you will have the possibility to make payment straight away. Most items can be easily mailed while a couple of art pieces will be available for collection or courier.

- Remember to register or log into your account!
- Start bidding! Enter your bids (Items have increments of either $1 or $5) and items have a reserved price to meet. In some instances for high valued items, the RPP price and the reserve price is indicated.
- Enter your bid in the greyed box.
- Auction starts Nov 15 at 6 am and ends on Nov 22 at 3 pm (Perth time)
6. After placing bids, you will receive notifications by email (check your spam if it’s not in your inbox). You can also see all your bids in your account tab under “My auctions“.
7. You can add items to your watch list which will appear in your account too under “My Auctions Watchlist“
8. If you are the winning bidder, you will receive an email letting your know for each item you won. They will also appear in your account tab.
9. In the email you receive (check your spam folder), you will see at the bottom of the email a button to “Pay Now”. This will take you straight to the checkout where you can select your shipping option and enter your address and other details.
10. Please note some items do not have shipping pricing as these items are located at the donor’s place or need to be picked up or shipped via a courier. The winning bidders for these specific items will be contacted and offered a shipping quote. Payment will be then arranged.
